Edward Muldrow Jr.

Ed co-founded Iuvo Systems in 2009 and is focused on providing outstanding professional services and technology to project oriented businesses. Ed works hard to provide a highly skilled and professional team, while lowering the overall cost for Iuvo clients. Prior to joining Iuvo, Ed worked at Deltek for almost twelve years as a Managing Director/Shareholder, expert Costpoint application consultant, and trainer, working with over one thousand clients in various capacities. Ed began his career at Grant Thornton in their audit and IT consulting practice.

At Iuvo Systems, Ed is a proven technology and services professional who specializes in supporting government contractors, non-profits, research and development firms, professional service organizations and the Federal Government. Ed has worked with hundreds of small businesses including 8(a), HUBZone, SBA, Woman-owned (WOSB/EDWOSB), and Veteran-owned (VOSB, SDVOSB), as well as large organizations including ATK, ITT, Verizon, Northrop Grumman, L-3 Communications, General Dynamics, AT&T, Serco and many other top 100 government contractors.

Ed earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting/Business from the University of Maryland at College Park, and is also a graduate of Loyola Blakefield in Baltimore Maryland.

Ed is an active member of the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA & CIMA).

Zee Snyder, CPA

Zee is a certified public accountant (CPA) with over 35 years of experience in all facets of accounting, finance, auditing, taxation, financial reporting, and internal controls. She has supported government contract businesses in key management roles, including Controller & CFO, completing DCAA required reports, such as Incurred Cost Submissions.

Zee has expert knowledge of Deltek Costpoint from implementation to administration as well as Cognos reporting.

Zee enjoys undertaking projects that create efficiencies and increase productivity, through implementation of technology and automation. She strives to improve accounting department performance, build team cohesion, and retain qualified personnel.

Zee earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minor in Computer Science from Thiel College and her M.B.A. from the University of Maryland University College.

Valerie Jennings

Valerie brings over 20 years of success leading accounting and finance teams in government contracting, strategic and fiscal planning, process improvement and quality management.

Valerie is a multifaceted and pragmatic Finance Manager with in-depth experience working with multiple Federal government contractors for FFP, T&M, CP contracts across several agencies. She has keen knowledge of GAAP, FAR/DFAS, contract accounting, pricing, progress payments, milestone, and percent of completion billing.

Valerie has excellent technical skills with strong proficiency in Deltek GCS, Costpoint, Power BI, Tungsten, SAM, and WAWF. As well as proficiency in strategic planning, cost analysis, and dashboard data visualization and forecasting.

Valerie earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland.

Joseph King, PMP

Joseph brings over 10 years of experience with accounting in government contracting. His experience includes preparing, reviewing & posting labor distribution, invoicing, reviewing & posting project related Accounts Payable vouchers, setting up new projects, reconciling unbilled receivables, preparing, reviewing & posting month-end entries, reconciling various accounts and experience in all other areas of the accounting cycle.

Joseph is a very detail oriented and skilled Accountant with a keen eye for improving processes and creating efficiency. He is also an extremely skilled Deltek Costpoint user with over 10 years of experience in all facets of the system.

Joseph is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Joseph earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Sam Houston State University.

Gordon Cowan

Gordon brings over 20 years of experience with accounting in government contracting. He has comprehensive working knowledge of all applicable GAAP, CAS, FAR and DCAA guidelines.

His experience includes full cycle accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, billings, contract setup, project status reports, indirect costs, month and year-end close and general ledger. He is also skilled in using Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), electronic invoicing platforms and preparing Incurred Cost Submissions.

Gordon is an extremely skilled Deltek Costpoint and Time & Expense user to include administration, conversions, setup, consulting and training.

Gordon earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southeastern University.

Elizabeth Russ

Elizabeth brings over 20 years of experience in all areas of accounting including general ledger, auditing, taxation, payroll, budgeting and internal controls. Elizabeth provides outsourced accounting services to government contractors, non-profit organizations, and commercial businesses. She enjoys developing systems, processes, and controls to increase effectiveness and efficiency in accounting systems.

Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Central Florida.

Heather Niz

Heather brings more than 20 years of progressive experience as a Billing and Contracts specialist. Specializing in DCAA compliant accounting for government contractors with additional focus on Project Management. Heather has proved to be a very dependable partner to clients with FFP, T&M and CPFF contracts.

Heather has excellent technical skills with strong proficiency in PROCAS, Deltek Costpoint, QuickBooks and WAWF/DFAS.

Heather is very detail oriented and prides herself on providing the best service and customer experience to her clients.

Heather earned her degree from Georgia Medical Institute.

Tamara Edwards

Tamara brings over 20 years of knowledge and expertise in all facets of Payroll, Accounting and Tax compliance. She has a proven record of timeliness and accuracy in processing full cycle, multi-state payroll for over 500 employees. She has worked with and implemented a variety of HRIS payroll systems including ADP, Kronos, Paychex, Paycor, Workday, Ceridian, Sage, and UKG.

Tamara’s passion is providing excellence in payroll and accounting solutions to help small businesses maintain consistent growth from year to year

Tamara earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees, one in Accounting & Finance from Virginia College and the other in Accounting & Business Management from American InterContinental University.

Josh Groulx

Josh is a skilled government contract accountant and is experienced in using both Costpoint and QuickBooks. Josh is proficient in accounts payable, accounts receivable, labor distributions and bank reconciliations.

Josh takes pride in keeping accurate records for everything he does and client satisfaction is one of the most important things to him and something he strives to perfect and constantly improve.

Heather Doran

Heather brings over 18 years progressive accounting and educational experience. Heather is knowledgeable in various levels of accounting, payroll, and business with the ability to communicate and work as a team to meet department and company goals. Heather leads projects, creates efficiency and increases productivity. Heather has worked with a range of organizations from $1MM - $1B sales performing Full Cycle Accounting tasks (bookkeeping to financial statement preparation).

Heather has extensive experience in the non-profit industry as a Finance Manager and has also been a Senior Accountant and Assistant Controller for Manufacturing and Wholesale organizations.

Heather earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Master’s degree in Education.

Heine Rivera, PMP

Heine Rivera has more than 12 years of hands on experience in government contracting. He first started as an auditor for the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) where he learned the government’s and specifically the Department of Defense’s perspective on acquisition. He then became part of a Defense Contractor where he setup and ran all the accounting needs: Project Accounting, DCAA compliance, and many other acquisition related tasks. As the Comptroller he successfully supported ownership and higher management to becoming a $20 million dollar enterprise.

Heine earned his Bachelors degree in Business at InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico and is his Masters in Engineering Management at the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Anthony Soler

Mahzuza Eid

Mahzuza is an experienced accountant with over 15 years experience. Mahzuza is a hands-on accountant and is proficient in maintaining accurate accounting records supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, journal entries as well as account and bank reconciliations.

Mahzuza earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Management Information Systems from the New York Institute of Technology.

Dennis Turner

Dennis is a skilled Accountant and has implemented dozens of Costpoint solutions for government contractors and non-profits. He has held critical positions: Lead Consultant, CFO, Controller, Director of Accounting and Director of Information Technologies. As Director of Accounting, he improved performance of his unit significantly and retained qualified personnel while managing them to success. He earned a solid reputation for learning everything “fast and deep” and being adaptable and flexible — a true insurgent of change.

Dennis is skilled in strategic planning, day to day operations, accounting and technology, state-of-the-art hardware and software, and in increasing productivity and reducing costs through implementing technology. He has a broad background and extensive experience leading a culturally diverse workforce with excellent oral and written communications and proficiency in Spanish.

Dennis earned his Bachelor's degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and his Master's degree in Information Systems from George Mason University.

Ravi Chitrabhanu, PMP

Ravi has over 20 years of experience in Project and Program Management at various organizations in the Defense and Pharmaceutical industries. Ravi has led projects involving ERP implementation and worked extensively on US Navy programs alongside major defense contractors.

Ravi is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is actively involved in the PMI New Jersey Chapter.

Ravi earned his master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Crystal Kingery

Crystal is a project management expert with over 20 years of experience working at the intersection of software product development, marketing automation and project management to help a wide range of organizations grow and thrive.

Crystal’s experience includes the government sector; she worked with the State of California to develop an automated RFP process for First 5 San Bernardino. Crystal’s work led to a more efficient and effective way of processing RFPs, analyzing program outcomes, and measuring the impact on communities of 25 million in funds disbursed annually.

Crystal earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from California State University, San Bernardino.

Jack Fisher

Warner Palmer

Warner brings over 25 years of experience in software and service sales as well as account management to project driven organizations including government contractors, non-profits and commercial based businesses.

Warner previously worked at Deltek for 15 years as a Sales Consultant working with thousands of customers including Deltek GCS Premier (System 1) and Costpoint. Warner developed close personal relationships with clients over his many years, becoming a trusted advisor for clients and Deltek employees.

Prior to Deltek, Warner worked as a Functional Consultant with several software companies implementing enterprise solutions, such as PeopleSoft, Sage and JD Edwards.

Warner began his career in the US Army serving in the prestigious Army Honor Guard based in Arlington Virginia.
