These dashboards use predictive analytics to turn everyday financial and operational data into critical foresight, helping you make quick, informed decisions. We’ll cover how AI can detect data anomalies, forecast trends, and provide prescriptive insights to support mission-critical decisions.

In this session, we’ll demonstrate how you can access and analyze multiple data sources—such as labor trends, burn rates, and project risks—using AI-enhanced dashboards. We’ll also dive into unique features like “what-if” scenario modeling, enabling you to make smarter, faster decisions by predicting potential outcomes.

After this session, attendees will be able to: 

1. Identify key components and data sources (e.g., project ledger, labor, expense, procurement) that can be integrated into AI-enhanced dashboards for real-time financial and operational insights.
