Ed Muldrow

Bio

Ed Muldrow is the co-founder, President, and CEO of Iuvo Systems, where he leads the company’s mission to deliver premier accounting, compliance, and enterprise solutions tailored to government contractors and agencies. Since establishing the firm in 2009, Ed has focused on building a highly skilled team that delivers exceptional professional services and technology, helping clients reduce costs while enhancing efficiency and compliance.

Before founding Iuvo Systems, Ed spent nearly twelve years with Deltek as a Managing Director, shareholder, and expert Costpoint consultant and trainer, working with over a thousand clients across industries. He began his career at Grant Thornton, gaining experience in audit and IT consulting, which laid the foundation for his expertise in financial systems and government contracting. Throughout his career, Ed has supported hundreds of small businesses—including 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB/EDWOSB, and VOSB/SDVOSB firms—as well as major enterprises such as ATK, ITT, Verizon, Northrop Grumman, L-3 Communications, General Dynamics, AT&T, Serco, and many of the top 100 government contractors

Ed earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business from the University of Maryland, College Park, and is a graduate of Loyola Blakefield in Baltimore, Maryland.

Ravi Chitrabhanu

Bio

Ravi brings over 20 years of experience in Project and Program Management, with a strong focus on operations management within the Defense and Pharmaceutical industries. As Chief Operating Officer at Iuvo Systems, he oversees and optimizes the firm’s outsourced accounting practice, ensuring seamless service delivery and compliance for government contractors and public sector clients.

Before joining Iuvo Systems, Ravi successfully led large-scale ERP implementation projects and managed critical U.S. Navy programs in partnership with major defense contractors. His expertise in program leadership and enterprise systems has enabled him to deliver results in high-stakes, compliance-driven environments. In addition to his professional achievements, Ravi is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI) and remains actively involved in the PMI New Jersey Chapter.

Ravi earned his master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. His technical background, combined with his leadership in program management and operations, continues to drive innovation and excellence across Iuvo’s client services.

Crystal Kingery brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing and strategic initiatives, driving efforts to position Iuvo Systems as the premier partner for government contractors seeking accounting, compliance, consulting, and ERP back-office services. In her role, she leads initiatives that expand market presence, cultivate strategic partnerships, and deliver value to clients navigating the complexities of federal contracting.

With a background spanning both marketing and project management, Crystal develops and executes strategies that elevate brand awareness, enhance client engagement, and strengthen Iuvo’s presence in the government contracting ecosystem. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships that empower contractors to stay mission-focused while relying on Iuvo to provide financial, compliance, and operational excellence.

Crystal earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Information Management from California State University, San Bernardino.

Elizabeth Russ brings more than 20 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with expertise spanning regulatory and internal audits, financial reporting and analysis, general ledger oversight, taxation, payroll administration (domestic and international), cash management, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. As Vice President at Iuvo Systems, she partners closely with clients to interpret financial results, deliver actionable insights, and implement strategies that drive sustainable growth. She is also deeply committed to mentoring and teaching employees, fostering technical expertise and leadership skills that build strong, high-performing finance teams.

Throughout her career, Elizabeth has specialized in developing and enhancing systems, processes, and controls to increase efficiency and effectiveness within accounting environments. She also specializes in providing outsourced accounting services to government contractors, nonprofit organizations, and commercial businesses. Her expertise helps organizations not only remain compliant with regulations but also strengthen their financial foundations for long-term success.

Elizabeth earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida.

Elizabeth Russ

Louis Delouiser has nearly 30 years of experience consulting in the government contracting industry, specializing in IT services, ERP implementations, project management, and digital transformation. As Managing Director of Emerging Technologies at Iuvo Systems, he leads initiatives that help clients modernize operations, integrate complex systems, and adopt innovative solutions to drive efficiency and compliance.

Prior to joining Iuvo, Louis successfully managed enterprise-level implementations, PMO operations, and DevOps teams for mid- to large-sized project-based organizations ranging from $50 million to over $2 billion in revenue.

His expertise spans Deltek Costpoint and Time & Expense, FP&A tools such as Adaptive Insights, workflow management, reporting and analytics platforms (TM1, Cognos), and third-party integrations with systems including SAP, Oracle, ADP, Workday, PeopleSoft, benefit providers, and banking platforms. He has also provided leadership in strategic planning and technology innovation to support organizations facing compliance requirements such as CMMC, SOC, DCMA, and DCAA.

Louis holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and CMMC-AB Registered Practitioner (RP). He earned his bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Iowa.

Charmaine Morgan brings over 25 years of experience in government contract accounting, with deep expertise in ensuring compliance and driving financial excellence for project-based organizations. As Managing Director of Outsourced Accounting at Iuvo Systems, she leads teams that deliver comprehensive accounting services tailored to the unique requirements of government contractors and agencies.

Her skills and experience span business process improvement, budgeting, revenue analysis, internal controls, forecasting, cash management, proposal pricing, and contract types including T&M, CPFF, CPAF, and FP. She is well-versed in compliance areas such as DCAA audits, FAR, CAS, GAAP, Federal Travel Regulations (FTR), Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), and specialized reporting such as IFF and incurred cost submissions. Charmaine’s career includes managing accounting practices for organizations of all sizes, from joint ventures to international operations, across a wide range of industries.

Charmaine is proficient in multiple ERP and accounting platforms, including Deltek Costpoint (with Time & Expense), QuickBooks, JAMIS, and Unanet. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and her master’s degree from the University of Maryland, University College.

Joseph King is a Managing Director at Iuvo Systems, where he leads outsourced accounting services that help government contractors maintain compliance, strengthen financial operations, and improve long-term business performance. He brings extensive expertise in government contract accounting, financial management, and process improvement, supporting clients in achieving both regulatory and operational excellence. His combination of accounting expertise, compliance knowledge, and project management skills makes him a trusted advisor to Iuvo clients navigating the complexities of government contracting.

Before joining Iuvo Systems, Joseph served as a Senior Staff Accountant with Decision Information Resources (DIR), where he provided accounting leadership and financial management support in regulated environments. He also gained experience as a Financial Accounting Specialist and Tax Consultant at Kingstaxman, where he delivered accounting and tax services to businesses and individuals. These experiences equipped him with a strong foundation in auditing, compliance, and financial analysis across diverse organizations.

Joseph is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Sam Houston State University.

Steve Lyons serves as a Managing Director at Iuvo Systems, where he works closely with the Client Advisory Services (CAS) leadership and delivery teams to maintain strong reporting discipline, strengthen scalable processes, and provide structured oversight as clients grow, add programs or contracts, or take on increased reporting requirements.

Steve brings more than 20 years of experience supporting organizations with complex financial operations, with a strong focus on financial reporting, financial statement preparation, compliance-driven close processes, and financial oversight. His background includes leading reporting cycles, reconciliations, aligning internal controls, and communicating financial results to executive leadership and governing bodies.

Steve earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Morgan State University’s Earl G. Graves School of Business and Management. He is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Kajal Singh is the Controller at Iuvo Systems, where she leads accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance to ensure accuracy and integrity across client engagements. A Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience, Kajal brings a hands-on, solutions-driven approach to outsourced accounting, helping government contractors and agencies achieve stability, profitability, and long-term success.

Over the course of her career, Kajal has built expertise in financial reporting, internal audit, risk assessment, and strategic financial management across industries including banking, consulting, SaaS, and real estate. She has held key roles with the World Bank, Deloitte, and Barclays, where she led large-scale financial statement consolidations, regulatory reporting, internal control reviews, ERP implementations, and process optimization initiatives for multinational organizations. Her background also includes multi-entity accounting operations, strategic budgeting and forecasting, and developing risk management frameworks under both US GAAP and international standards.

Kajal earned her master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Her combination of financial acumen, audit expertise, and risk management experience strengthens Iuvo’s accounting leadership and ensures clients receive reliable, compliant solutions.

Nicole Evans Jones, EdD, serves as Business Development Director at Iuvo Systems, where she leads field engagement and relationship-driven growth across the government marketplace. She strengthens Iuvo’s presence with government agencies, contractors, and nonprofit organizations by building trusted relationships, representing the firm at events, and ensuring client conversations remain aligned with evolving mission and operational needs.

Prior to joining Iuvo Systems, Nicole built her career working closely with public institutions and mission-driven organizations, developing a deep understanding of how government and nonprofit entities operate, collaborate, and make strategic decisions. Her background in education and public service has allowed her to cultivate long-standing relationships with leaders across government, education, and community-focused organizations, particularly throughout the state of Georgia.

Nicole earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Howard University, her master’s degree in Counseling and Human Growth and Development from Clark Atlanta University, and her doctorate in Educational Leadership from Clark Atlanta University.

As an Account Executive at Iuvo Systems, J. Max Sullivan specializes in delivering outsourced accounting, ERP, and staffing solutions to federal government contractors. He drives organizational growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic sales initiatives, ensuring clients have access to the expertise and tools they need to succeed in the government contracting space.

Before transitioning into GovCon technology and services, Max built a successful career in the Broadway theater industry. He worked as a Casting Director for national tours, Broadway productions, and commercial projects, and as a Talent Manager representing high-profile Broadway directors, choreographers, and performers. His unique blend of creative industry leadership and consultative sales expertise allows him to engage clients with authenticity and deliver meaningful, results-driven solutions.

Max earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Acting from Syracuse University’s College of Visual and Performing Arts, with a minor concentration in Television, Radio, and Film Production from the S.I. Newhouse School of Communications.

Shanice Lee brings over 8 years of experience in recruiting and human resources, with expertise in building strong talent pipelines and accelerating the hiring process. At Iuvo Systems, she leads recruiting and HR initiatives by sourcing and placing highly skilled candidates who align with client and organizational needs, while reducing time-to-hire through proven speed-to-market processes.

Shanice has extensive experience utilizing creative sourcing strategies and platforms such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter. Her passion lies in delivering staffing excellence and supporting both small businesses and large organizations in identifying and hiring qualified candidates who add long-term value.
