Deltek Costpoint Staff Accountant (Remote) ongoing

We have an ongoing need for Deltek Costpoint Accountants to work in a full time capacity assisting our various clients.

Duties

Utilize Costpoint core modules and Time & Expense
Accounting duties: Billings & AR, Cost Plus/T&M/Fixed Price) contracts, AP, Time Collection, Project Setup, Journal Entries, etc
Cost Allocations, indirect rates
Month & year end reconciliations
Project status report and revenue summary review and reconciliations
Cognos report writing
Incurred Cost Submission reports is a plus

Skills

Strong Costpoint background.
Government contracting experience.
Can meet strict reporting deadlines.
Strong working knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), GAAP and Federal Acquisition Guidelines (FAR).
Can quickly navigate client situations and find solutions.
Can easily adapt to multiple work environments with different personalities, becoming a trusted business adviser for Iuvo clients.
Strong communication skills and keeping detailed notes for the client as well as for Iuvo.

QuickBooks Staff Accountant (Remote) ongoing

We have an ongoing need for Quickbooks Accountants to work in a full time capacity assisting our various clients.

Ideal candidate will have:

Strong accounting experience
Government contracting experience
Strong experience with QuickBooks
Strong working knowledge of GAAP
AP, AR, Billings, Invoicing, Payroll, and time collection experience

Strong communication skills and keeping detailed notes for the client as well as for Iuvo.
Can easily adapt to multiple work environments with different personalities, becoming a trusted business adviser for Iuvo clients.
Can quickly navigate client situations and find solutions.

Education

Accounting degree: Bachelors, Masters or CPA preferred but not required

Location

Remote, work from home office.
Must have great internet and phone service.
Ability to work and be available for meetings during business hours, M-F 8:00am-5:00pm in your time zone.
